If you try to call back, it says the number is not in service.  It's a scammer who is spoofing phone numbers.

When I called back within 5 minutes I got a strange "number disconnected" message

Ignored call because I didn't know the number.  When I called back the message said disconnected.

Caller ID showed "Rhode Island".  Didn't bother to pick up and they left no message (hung up after third ring).  I've noticed in the past that nearly all calls I've received that identify the State of origin in the Caller ID tend to be scam calls ("Free" cruises, lower your interest rates, etc.).  I couldn't Google any listing for this number more than 2 weeks old, so it looks like this one is just starting to crank up it's efforts.
