We have been getting calls from this number for several weeks-sometimes 12 calls per day. Either no one is on the line, or someone identifies himself as NCO FInancial. We have asked them to stop calling but they persist

Sick of this phone numner calling my home, especially since they are calling for someone who does NOT live here! There is no option to speak with them, they dont leave a number and the caller ID of 401-429-1037 is unreachable!! How can we put an end to it?!
