Unknown caller. Has called repeatedly and left no message.

This is one of about 10 different Rhode Island based numbers that calls me everyday, several times a day and never leaves a message.

If answered they just listen, and don't say a word

I have had this same number (cell) for four years, and some woman named Dianisha Diaz from Prov. or Pawtucket RI  has been giving MY number out for all of these years when she opens credit cards etc so when she charges and does nt pay they have no way to contact her. I even have New England Tech calling me looking for her. So if they are calling your cell it could still be listed under another persons name. I have a prepay that I registered in MY name yet on peoples caller ID HER name still comes up . NO clue hwo that can be possible.
