0% APR VISA card robocall.  Probably an identity theft scam.

Can you elaborate? I have received calls from this # as well. I belong to an FB group created to combat the IRS scammers but not sure what the RI scam is about.And scammers are a problem but recently quite a few a
we're arrested in India..slowed but now have picked up out of Mexico..btw..I believe global warming us real.

Just  received a call from this number 401 343 9764 its says its from Rhode Island, I did not accept the call, and they did not leave a message, I looked up the number and read the comments above SCAM big time, do not answer calls if you are not familiar with the number especially if they are calling from out of state.  I blocked the number from my phone.

No message, probably scammer. Now blocked.
