Called. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

This is an automated calling scam. No message is left, but when you call back (with caller id blocked), during normal hours a live male answers "hello", and if you call back after hours, you hear a recording that it is "Joel Collins from the American Veterans Support Foundation." Look up Collins, and you will see that he has run afoul of the law repeatedly. Besides this number, this scammer also uses 401-214-0329, 401-214-1509, 401-648-4782, 401-214-1403, 401-214-1404, 401-214-0106, 401-214-0189 -- all of them supposedly from "East Providence", or "Providence", Rhode Island. This lowlife bum probably uses other numbers as well. I have blocked him on all of them, and suggest that you do the same.

This number called our home land line- I didn't answer- no message left.

Caller says he's calling on behalf of the Americans Veterans' Association. The reason for the call is that they've just kicked off their annual fundraiser.
I hung up at that point. I didn't list them as non profit or telemarketer because they could be either.

Received a call from this number at 1:30pm today. Did not answer it. I live in 401 area code.
