Calls received from unknown numbers don't get answered. In fact unless the caller leaves a voicemail the calls get ignored.
This number called, let it ring half a dozen times, but left no message. Not generally the behavior of a reputable caller.

I don't know anyone in Providince RI - didn't answer, they left no message. More morons with too much time on their hands. Woul be willing to contribute to a bounty fund on their heads to be paid to anyone with hacking skills that identified them so they could spend their spare time I some slammer washing toilets.

Repeatedly calling from Card Services. We are on Do Not Call list, but callers ignore this.
