Left voice mail about lowering interest rate on my account.  I don't even have one. Contact was blocked

Got a call from this number. Came up on Caller ID as Triple V. Credit card service SCAMMER last week it came up with a 978-prefix but the same number
978-340-2612

I found this number on my phone long after the call had been made; the callers had left no message.
The CNAM is "Triple V"

Got several calls from this number,one tine it was about a credit card services,one time it was about a prize we had won. Asked to be removed from list. then they call back , after  month or so with same BS.  Middle Eastern Accent on credit card story and an amercian voice on the Prize claim.

Called 3 times, never left a message, last was 5/10/17.
