A lot of wierd phone calls lately

Called 3-20-2017, did not answer, they left no message. I get many of these calls daily. They need to stop people calling everyday. Some of the calls daily are called spook calls. not even a working number. they need to catch them and put them in jail or fine them for doing this.

To clarify one thing: fake phone numbers are called "Spoofed" numbers, not spooked.  It is derived from a radar (and radio) term where a signal is made to look like something different than what it really is.
