Some body called me from this number rang twice then hang up but of course is a little n scammer call I don't know no one in Rhode island

found a missed call from this number on my phone but do not recognize this number although I do live in RI as well.

this number called, rang twice and hung up. From what I read here from other people, it looks to me that their strategy is to develop curiosity and try to get people to call back.
