Got a call from this number, I did not answer since I did not recognize the number from out of state. Called back and phone just goes silent no response at all, assume this is a scam number so I blocked it

I got a voicemail that said that the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me and to call this number. I called and it said call could not be completed as dialed. Total scam.
