Constantly get this number with nobody answering. I have a new cellphone, Blackberry Tour 960 with an application installed called "POYNT", on my Blackberry, when I ask it to reverse lookup, it opens POYNT, and the name and address come up witn; Shantel T. Robinson, 471 Douglas Avenue, Providence, R.I. 02908-2542, with the above listed number.
    I have no idea who this is, but when I call back, it always rings busy.

Thank You so much... I get the same call and its very annoying..  I am a very sick person with a heart condition, and if it keeps up, i will contact the Attorney general's office.........................

This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police. I have called the number.  It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there’s information on www.ristatefop.com, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.
The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Rhode Island police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.
