Called at 3:12pm. Caller ID said, "Anonymous." It rang through, not diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and got 4 or so rings then got standard "Your call has been forwarded to a voice mailbox" message. No idea who or what; a Google search for the number finds no exact match. If they call again I'll block it.

(The reason the same post appears twice above is that the first time it did not show up; I had copied the message, though, so could simply paste it in. It was the only one that showed up after that.)

I came back to this number in 800notes because I tried again calling back, but this time I noticed that the number identified in the voicemail box was different. The number given at this point was 401-450-5436. I Googled it but came up with nothing, and that number isn't included here, either.

The whole thing makes me think someone somehow piggybacked on the VM number, much like a spammer who has hacked and sends from your email accout.
