Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.
These forums are for call recipients to share their experience and optionally offer advice. If you can provide a business name and/or details on the caller's stated purpose, you might get a more helpful response.
I might also mention that excessive call abandonment is a common problem generated by businesses which rely on predictive dialers. It's unlikely you'll get the local PD interested.
