Female left message saying she was from the "Process & Summons Division." That two charges were filed against me and matched my social security number, that I will be served with a summons at my place of employment or home and once that happens I'll lose all of my rights. Scam using scare tactics. I've had similar calls like this with what sounded like the exact same woman.

Hi Mia, Yes, I got a call this afternoon from this number saying Process Summons Division, two charges filed against me matching my ss# once I’m served with summons at place of employment I lose all my rights.

I've received similar calls in the past from what sounds like the same woman and similar wording, you have three charges involving check forgery and federal agents are coming for you blah blah.

It's scammers using scare tactics.

received same message two days in a row....using maiden name....same message every time....refuse to answer any number that I don't know....scammers....or just someone who really has nothing better to do with their own time.

Same thing..2 days in a row, around the same time..last time before that was 5-6 months ago...part of a scam ring that's been at it for years.

Just got a voice mail message today from this same number.  Basically threatening me saying there were two fraud charges against me.  I have not noticed any fraud activity on my accounts or credit cards.  Also, no notices in the mail.  The female had my name correct and my home number.  I know nothing about this.  Threatened to serve me at work.  Serve me with what?  I haven't done anything.  Can we do something to these people?  How do they benefit from this?  Thanks for everyone's messages....I feel a little better knowing what is going on.
