It's the "Information Center" a "full service market research firm." The recording goes on to say how they are not a sales firm. That's of course, BS (and I don't mean bachelor's degree). These "research firms" make a fortune getting information from people so they can sell it to other companies for the purpose of advertising to you. Unless they're paying you, block em.
