I have been getting call throughout the day from this number and a few others, all with an odd name and no area code on the caller ID.  They occur between 10am and 8pm.  It never bothered me but this number is calling at 6 am in the morning and waking me and my young children!!  When I answer it is silent, like the call was already disconnected.
