I have called my congressman because we are on the no call list.  I received a two page letter and in short it states there is nothing they can do at this time because of modern technology what most likely they are doing is calling from a third line but it comes up as the number they are going through.  I have caller ID and know no longer pick up the phone.  Yes it is a pain but this is the best they could offer.  In short do not call list is useless according to them.
