Caller ID says "TODD LOUBIER". Repeated calls from this number to my phone which is on the DNC. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

This number calls every 2-3 days and has been for weeks. Up until today I didn't answer and they never left a message. Today I answered. After a 45 second delay, the caller said hello. It was a roofer cold calling because we had hurricanes back in October. Well he says he's a roofer, but more likely he's a scammer because why would an individual roofer be using a robodialer like this guy clearly is? Anyhow he did mention a company name, something like TSK Roofing or some such.

I told him my number is a business line and is also on the Federal Do Not Call list, he apologized and acted surprised. I reported him just like I do all the repetitive cold calling scammers I get on this line.

Repeated calls from Todd Loubier 38;-957-7919.  Never leaves message.  Called from a throwaway phone.  Says his voicemail is loaded and cannot take any messages. I am on DNC which makes no difference to robocalls.
