When I answer the phone they do not speak. I am on the no call list. This isn't the only time this has happened.

Have had two calls from this number and both times I answer and they say nothing. I did have a Directv install yesterday, but have gotten so many calls from them regarding my satisfaction of the survey that there is no need for this one.

The number belongs to a scammer. His name is Tony Wise. He stole and lied to me over 2 pair of sneakers. We are trying to track him down. He's bad news.
