Hopefully the DTV people will read these posts. I recently had them come and update my DVR. Since then, I answered a call and told them that the install went just fine, no complaints, tech was great. The problem is that they have called no less than 23 times from 3 different #'s which i have had to block because they are so annoying! Get the hint DTV! Stop calling if the customer doesn't want to respond or at least record it when they do, so the phone calls stop! This is rediculous! I wish I didn't have to give them my phone #! A month later and they are still bothering me!
