Said call from Louis for member of household ask for name again and said call was not important and would call again

Rude fellow. Called, refused to give his name and then hung up.  (probably to avoid the being told to take us off the call list speech) Phone troll with a new landline number in Daytona Beach, Florida. Non-published of course. Looks like they got this number today and starting calling folks.
