Someone from a call center wants to make sure our business directories are accurate.  When I say we are not interested he starts to argue with me!  Cannot even introduce himself properly.  Proper telephone etiquette would be:  Hi, this is Sam from IMA Ripoff, Inc.  blah blah blah
