I love my Samsung phone.  Three lines at the page bottom for a phone number that has called me and has first line of look up on 1800NOTES... click the three lines... choose block all calls :D  Also, in your CALL TYPE below, you should have HACKER or FAKER.  What these people are wanting is not to have you pay a bill but to get your Personal Proprietary Information to include your checking account and social security numbers.  ..."When will they every learn.."

I answered the call and it was a very nice young lady trying to help me with a small business loan!  She sounded so sweet!! I am confident she was a beautiful baby.  I took her information and responded promptly!!  I got everything I asked for and I couldn't be happier!!!  You should do it also!!
