This caller use different phone numbers. It is like there is no end of the different dials they have at their disposal. For every number that gets block 2-3 new phone numbers appear with no end in site. What they offer is a scam. Harass does not begin to describe. The message is always the same. They want to come to your home to offer a free no cost evaluation for energy consumption analysis. Claiming that they have received grants from the gov't to offer consumers this program. I do not know how long these harassing calls will continue in Florida but what a relentless bunch of loser's.
