First it would be interesting to know, if these complaints actually go anywhere or get these call centers shut down. I received a call just a few minutes ago, regarding, smoke alarms in my home. An obviously East indian voice, a very mumbled, incoherent and unrecognizable introduction, couldn't even begin to tell you what the company name was. After attempting to understand the person for a few moments I was simply told to go to H. .. but he did use the whole word. This kind of bologna has to stop.
