I got a call from 386-742-1683 saying that my energy bill had gone up last month (not) and that I could qualify for some energy rebate or something.  I declined and called the number back--"mailbox full."

My caller ID showed only that the call came from DeBary, FL.

Whoever is behind this number has decided that he or she needs to call my home multiple times a day, but if you try to call this number you get a full mailbox or dead silence

Phone rang with this number and nothing but a hang up.

Ditto, 3 rings and a hangup, twice in last 2 days, return call says mail box full!!!
Annoying, needs to be banned!
