Received A from this number today. spoke with someone and when I called the number back it was disconnected. Scam call.

Missed a call from this number, and the area code just happen to match the one friend I have in Ormond Beach, Fl, so I decided to call back, and got an error message.

WTF?  What does it mean.  I'm getting so many of these things now, I can't  help but wondering what's going on.
