I have received 4 or 5 calls to my home phone from this # and 1 on my cell phone.  When I answer I have heard someone talking in the background or they are silent and they just hang up. If I don't pick up, they don't leave a message. When I have tried to call back I always get a recording that says the number is no longer in service.  I found a gentleman who had that number as a fax # until a year ago when he gave it up.We heard on the news people were receiving scam calls  from someone claiming to be with a florida energy program.  Is it possible for someone to enter a fake number as the number calling?

Called at 8:20 at night when I'm trying to get my kid to sleep.  Told the person I was not interested and she got rude. Maybe if she had a real job she'd understand how annoying it is to have your house called multiple times a day.  They're trying to sell energy efficiency.

I got a call from this number and informed the man I was on a do not call list. He said he would put me at the top and call me 10,000 times. Very rude when I told him I was going to report him and he said to go ahead that he would still call 10000 times/

They called at 8:48pm. Asked for me, then asked if i was the homeowner. I said no, and the women said they would call back, then hung up.

Just got a call from them today and she knew my name. Explained they were with the Florida Energy Program and asked if my electric bill was over $125/month.  I explained I was on the "Do Not Call" list and she apologized and hung up.  Checking records, it seems they are located out of DeBary, FL.
