Called today, no message

Has called for the third day, different times I.e. AM, Mid day and early PM.  Hangs up as call is going to ans. mach.
We are on the do not call list and I am still cursed with unwanted calls all day long.  So signing up for that is worthless.  Had an unlisted# and that didn't stop them either.  I know people need to earn a living but this should be a punishable crime.  Have informed family and friends "leave message" as I am no longer answering my phone.  My kids cell phone # was cloned, so if they can clone a cell they can clone a land line.

Caller asked for me by maiden name and new of an old home that I had owned. When asked to identify themselves, they hung up.
