Calls cell phone, doesn't leave message. Tired of getting these type of "unsolicited" phone calls.

Just got a call from this number, as previous reports. The automated voice said this was Consumers Service and they offered to lower my credit card interest rate.

They call my cell phone, but was not responding as I picked up the phone and hung up after a few seconds. I did not call back.

Received call, said "Brandon, FL." on caller ID. I live in California so didn't answer. Judging by all the responses today glad I didn't. Will block number as it's a telemarketer. I'm on Do Not Call list so will report number as well. Others should do likewise.
