Received a call from this number am saying they were gonna send me some kind of certificate for paying my bills on time ...then transfered the call/gave the phone to some girl

I get a call from this number and a female starts in with Spanish dialog. This is a number I have specifically told not to call anymore. I do understand and speak the language but continue to speak in English. So she continues to speak in Spanish actually demanding that I do the same because her script is in Spanish. LOL.
