an out of area caller.  A mumbling Warren Turner says he is from Builder Pro.  Had him repeat it several times before I could understand him.  Something about a blue book.  Too hard to understand his mumbling.  A scammer who doesn't want to give any information?  Or, just someone who should learn to speak or get another profession?
