Got call this morning, didn't pick up. No message. Probably phishing.

Got a call from this number and answered before I realized it was out of Florida, no one spoke, hung up.

Caller ID shows:  VIVA SCC

It is that same telemarketing scam about refi of credit cards.  They are using illegal robocalling and the FTC has already shut down several of these scam operations and fined them millions of dollars.  Robocall telemarketing is illegal, telemarketers calling cell phones is illegal, telemarketers calling numbers on the Federal DoNotCall list is illegal.  This caller has broken all of these.

These people are criminals.  Do not fall for their scam.
