got call from this number at 4:00am wanting to buy some equipment that was posted on Craigslist said he would put money in my paypal account I decided this might be a scam.

10:41am received text message from this number asking me to set up a paypal account and to let him know and he would send money this must be a scam

received call @ 0415 about craigslist ad as did others.  DO NOT make the same mistake I did.  DO NOT interact with this person it will bring you grief.  The caller uses paypal and followup emails that seem legit for a purchase.  Very personable texting to reel you in.  A very smooth criminal and scam artist (a shame could not use those skills for something positive).

If you sell anything on craigslist, always put "CASH ONLY, LOCAL ONLY" in your ad.
