EVO (?) International.  CID says Payment Security.  "Ken" claims to be with EVO or some such spelling.  He wants to leave "recent rate info" for the owner regarding merchant accounts.  He pretended he was "our" vendor.  Told him not to bother.  We deal local.  This is not our vendor!
