Got a call with "Telcom 310-4985" on the caller ID.  The full number is 386-310-4985.  When I answered, there was no one there, like a robocaller without a message.  I am told these types of calls are from systems that record the time and speed of answer and then report the results to marketing companies to determine the best time for a live salesperson to call.
