I received a message at work that I needed to call "George Allen" at this number and when I called it it went straight to voicemail for "Mr. Washington" and to leave a message with my case number. I don't have a case number and never have gotten any paperwork from anyone. Yesterday a woman called me at work and said she didn't know if we were on a recorded line and to please copy a number, which I did, and to call "Mr. Allen" in the wage garnishment department reference a pending process against me. No company name was provided and the "assistant" didn't provide her name. I tried to call the number back and it said it isn't set up to receive calls.

As a paralegal, it is my understanding that "wage garnishment" and other debt recovery attempts MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE DEBTOR VIA REGISTERED MAIL and/or SUBPOENA. This phone call crap is a scam. A legit company does NOT call people regarding a legit judgment. Period.
