A women by the name Ms. Guy stated I owe her company money of $300 dollars and they tried to take out of my bank account 9/19/2016

Clamied my case just got brought to her desk and had a returned check from my bank and then called two days later and sounded even more upset cause I had not returned her phone call back so I returned her call back and she wont be happy when she got that voice mail later sorry Ms. Guy your scam didnt work on me

This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Ms Chavez called from this number for my daughter about a legal matter.  I told her to call back and leave a message with her number.  She left 888 959 2876 and when she called back she called from 888 677 9232.  All three of these numbers come up as highly questionable.  

I have gotten a couple of calls from Ms. Chavez - leaving threatening messages that I need to take care of a legal matter or she is going to refer my case to further legal action.  I have called her back several times - always get her VM.  I leave a detailed message to call me back and give me full details as to what this is pertaining to, case number, etc.. She never does she keeps leaving messages that are very general with no details.  I have no idea what this is...I agree probably a scam!!!!

I got a call at work from a Ms. Vinson.  They claim I was trying to defraud, but they never me any information on who I was trying to defraud.  They keep claiming that I will have to go to court and will need legal counsel.  Then why are they calling if you are going to send to court?  If this was legit, just send the court documents to the address you have on file.  they said to call them at 844-596-5354 ext 427.
