I received a text about a boat for sale advert in Australia. Left message to email him at johnwestty@hotmail.com.  Wanted to pay me $500 more than what I was asking and wanted to use Paypal.  I suspect I was supposed to go back to him and ask him to transfer funds directly into my bank account instead of using Paypal. Not this time sweetheart.

I received a text about a my car  for sale advert in Australia.
Message to email him at johnbartt@hotmail.com. I new straight away because the +1 prefix is the USA code - text message  about a car for sale in Australia?  - yeah! right, I came down in the last shower!
Ring No. back out of interest & just get beeps.
