Same here, 2 calls around 3:45 this afternoon. Called while on my break. I assume this is a telemarketer, but the called my cell phone as well.

Have called several times today. I did not pick up and they hung up on my machine. Also called from a different number in December several times. Also a 386 area code and says out of area.

This IS a marketing company(Evergreem Sales and Marketing--Daytona Beach Florida-386-236-1950 that Time/Warner has GIVEN your phone number to for the purpose of marketing it's services! What Time/Warner has done "IS" opened themselves UP to a class action law-suit by VIOLATING the TRUST of it's customers and their PRIVACY! I am on a National/State---DO-NOT CALL list for the last few years! I also more than once stated to Time Warner about my concern for my PRIVACY! Apparently NOW starting a law-suit WILL get their attention here shortly!

I just got two back to back calls from this number 01/15 12:21 & 12:22pm. No message left. I found this thread when I did a web search for "3862361950"
Well now I know it's stupid Time Warner. I only have internet with them, and I wish I had an alternative.
