some who says his name is miller? phone ID says bellden C ? called me about a job from monster.com. ? I smell a rat.. anyone else?

I am constantly getting calls from this number, says his name is Eric Miller, and he is calling regarding a job on monster.... been going on for over a week now.

just got a call from that Indian dude, Eric Miller. Could not understand who he said he is with ( I think an insurance co) but said he is calling about my resume on Careerbuilder.com. So far, I have gotten 2 emails from MLM's/scams to sell/set appointments for insurance companies or to sell small business services. They both had Careerbuilder logos on their emails and said they saw my resume on Careerbuidler. So who is the real scam artist?
