Now when I get a call from "Out of Area", like this one, I simply pick up the phone and say nothing. After a matter of seconds the computer on the other end disconnects.

Yep! Same number calling me too! I decided not to answer any more. Hopefully it'll stop. If they just didn't let it ring sooo many frikkin' times! Ugh!!!

People should start going along with this call. Let the "energy audit person" come to the house and then make him fully understand how unhappy you are with the shady soliciting practices! :))
