I would like to get a return phone number.
I think there should be a way to charge the called for my time spent in answering the phone.
I believe that would discourage them!

Called to sell insurance....but started with a pre-recorded message. I keep blocking then, but they keep changing the number. Doesn't the "Do Not Call" registry work???

Received a call from this number, answered to no one on the line. Waited and then they hung up. Irritating.
