Real police don't call and say they've got a warrant for your arrest.  They just show up with the warrant.  Your caller is a scammer trying to extort money out of people.

Your phone an d online accounts will be subpoena, and a nationwide warrant will be issued for the person whose name is on these documents. You will be arrested and ext radited to the state of Florida where you will face federal sex charges for solicitation of a minor and attempted sexual battery.

Wow.  You know, if they're going to try to scam people, they should at least (1) learn the language (2) know how the legal system works!
