Telemarketing for Pharmecuticals

Called number back and said I visited a preferred website and I won rebate cards. Asked what website and they wouldn't give it to me said a privacy act. Said I needed to give debit card info to find out what cards I qualified for . Asked them about their company and they refused to give me the information. So I said please remove my number and they stated they wouldn't and they hung up on me. Scam!

No message.

They never answer they just hang up on you but I did report their number to the local police department
