I received two calls within the same minute according to my log this one with Name XXXXXXXXXX FL and  386-211-0000 and the second with Name NAME NOT FOUND and number 439-553-0000.  The 1st call left a message on my machine transcribed as "I had wanted you to apply for the purpose, and help us to help you. Thank you. Have a blessed day."
I don't like the sound of that voice and will block them both as unwanted callers.  I suspect the numbers are spoofed since they both end in four zeros.
