I hate the fact that this came on my private cell phone number...

When calling back, recording says number has been disconnected.

number called, left no message, called back from a different (work) line and says it has been disconnected..

Let phone ring to vm, no message left.

Did not answer, never do. No voicemail. It's not the only one I get, they just keep using different numbers.  I keep blocking them, getting pretty frustrated, and it doesn't appear that it will ever be stopped.  Going to get my number changed is the only solution I can think of.  The do not call list is garbage.
