An obviously purposefully spoofed number which means the caller was up to no good. This area code is blocked due to previous annoying non-legitimate callers so the call didn't ring but registered on the incoming calls list. Previous Name Not Found calls were from 1-310-174(bogus)-0735, 1-166(bogus)-375-9279 and 118554608386.
