I didn't answer due to not recognizing the number.  Voicemail (can you believe they actually left a voicemail?!) message stated that "they" have been trying to get in touch with me for quite some time now about the Ford Explorer.  I got a claim number along with a number to call back (800-918-4224).  Too bad I didn't write the claim number down or you could call and claim my Explorer.  Ha!
