Just got a phone call from a blocked number at the church where I work, with the man (thick Indian accent) claiming to be with a computer licensing company in Salt Lake City. He gave me the phone number 385-399-3233 as their help line.

I eventually told him that we didn't require their services and hung up, since his accent was so difficult to understand, his manner was not what I would expect out of a computer service company, and he was asking me questions about our computer system without me saying we would go ahead with his "proof" that my computer (interesting switches between multiple computer talk and singular) was sending them tons of errors, supposedly because my computer's license had expired.

He called back shortly and asked me why I hung up on him, in an ill manner which one would expect only from a government department or a rude individual.

If he calls back, I'm going to have some fun with him.

Its a genuine  company which helps in solving computer problem..

A good company which provides genuine services .. a got fixed up my computer from them.. :)

I. Completely agree with Brotuulaan. About phone number and the person calling about computer services I. Have. Had.  an identical experience with this company and one one occasion allowed person with thick Indian accent to persuade me to allow company to scan my computer looking for problems  I was informed after about 45 minutes on the phone that I must pay a large amount of money approx 800dollars to fix my computer also. Known as Ransonware payments this computer company is a fraud and aggressive scam artists Must be reported to US. Govt for criminal fraud and falsely claiming to be an honest and responsible computer service company

Mr Robert Gray  and Brotuulaan is totally wrong..they are which provides genuine services..they might be Indian but they are all qualified technician...so Mr Robert Gray  and Brotuulaan please  dont give any wrong information...
